Walking tour in Lanzarote, the volcanic island

Walking tour in Lanzarote, the volcanic island
658

On the east side of the archipelago lies Lanzarote, the most extraordinary island among Canary Islands.
On this tiny island, you can find more than 100 volcanoes!

Lanzarote has a wide range of landscape: ancient mountain ranges, recent volcanism, incredible vineyards and vertiginous cliffs.
Anyhow, Lanzarote is not just nature and landscape. This is César Manrique’s island. Manrique was a famous artist, well-known all over the world, who decided to come back to his island to protect it from excessive and disrespectful tourism.

Lanzarote is just 70 km long and 20 km large, this means that we are not going to waste time to go from one place to another.

Our walking tour in Lanzarote will show you the many contrasts of this marvellous island. From dream beaches to wild coastlines; from deserts to rural areas.

Here’s our proposals among which you can choose the one you prefer:
1) Timanfaya’s volcanoes, where we will visit the heart of the most recent eruptions (1730-1736). You will walk through craters, seas of lava and volcanic tunnels. It will look like you are walking on the Moon!
2) The North. We’ll walk to the peak of the highest volcano in Lanzarote: La Corona. The walk continues towards the wettest area of the island: the cliffs of Famara. From its peak, we will enjoy a stunning panoramic view.
3) Lanzarote’s secrets: we will prepare a breath-taking walking tour through the most hidden and secret places according to your desires and physical condition.

Don’t hesitate to ask for your budget.
