La Garrotxa de l’Edat Mitjana
Durant l’edat mitjana, en el món cristià es varen desenvolupar dos estils artístics, mirall de l’evolució de la societat, la cultura, l’economia i la tècnica: El romànic i el gòtic.
Hi ha traçats al parc natural de la Garrotxa amb presència d’arquitectura romànica. N’hem triat un que combina amb uns rierols d’aigua clara, transparent i amb petits gorgs turquesa.
És una excursió circular, a peu per la Garrotxa i apte per a persones amb un mínim de resistència. En el descens ens podrem refrescar una mica. El traçat recorre per corriols no marcats i camins amples senyalitzats.

Bota impermeable de canya alta
Samarreta tèrmica.
Folre polar.
Paravent i impermeable.
Ulleres solars.
Crema solar.
Gorra d’abric/solar.
Guants.
Recanvis de roba seca per al cotxe (no a la motxilla).
Medicació (si s’està en tractament). Petita farmaciola personal.
Esmorzar, dinar, berenar i aigua.
