A day trip to discover the wonderful city of Girona and its exceptionally well-preserved old Jewish Quarter
Girona is one of the most charming and interesting cities in Catalonia, with more than 2000 years of history visible in its two fortified enclosures, the Força Vella and the Medieval Quarter. The Força Vella dates back to Roman times while the medieval extension of the city walls was carried out during the 14th and 15th centuries. The city’s artistic heritage has been preserved in the numerous monuments that have survived until today.
A very complete day trip that will give us time to explore Girona, including the old Jewish Quarter, the exuberant baroque constructions and the Noucentisme-style buildings designed by the architect Rafael Masó.
